The President desperately needs our help to push this Pandemic behind us in some acceptable time window. He just can’t do it alone. There is one recent disaster operations model he can follow to reduce the growing strain on his own re-election campaign, especially after today’s March Jobs Report, which isn’t going to fix itself. He can be both presidential taking credit for a Win in Time for November, and provide himself with a good bit of blaming distance in 6 months if his General doesn’t perform up to Snuff for his Commander-in Chief.
