Trump.45 scored a pseudo-coup today by breaking his word and releasing the full unedited upcoming 60 Minutes Sunday interview himself. Because he can. Because his Word Means Nothing.
Presumably, he thinks it will alter the earthbound trajectory of his 2020 campaign at D Minus-13. Judge for yourself. I think perhaps Trump.45 overestimates the value of 37 uninterrupted (Ha!) minutes of himself talking versus the tough guy clip quotes the Right Amplifiers on Fox will push. Better to Pick Cherries here.

However, there is a separate medical salient on video view here. Trump has notoriously had water consumption problems a couple times before, in fits and dribbles.
During the Lesley Stahl 37 minutes interview, he wets his beak twice. The first time at 18:26, and the second at 29:28. He is focused on the questioning, and his drinking behavior is more reflexive than consciously monitored (distraction). Each time he uses both hands to control a small water glass and take a sip.*
This is not normal fluid coordinated neuromuscular activity for an adult performing a simple act he has literally practiced tens of thousands of times before: hand to mouth, take a drink.
He was not worried about his silk tie.
This is symptomatic abnormal neurological action sequence. He is not spoofing or joking.
Our President requires professional medical attention, diagnosis, and treatment for a medical condition. Since the earlier abnormal coordination evidence also predates his recent COVID diagnosis, it is likely due to another medical cause or event. And there is the West Point Ramp Rumble thing in June 2020, to put a further fine point upon the concern.
When it comes to the health of the sitting President, the Country is entitled to at least a basic description of his status. When Reagan was shot we got a fair summary of his condition, not deflection and obfuscation. When Eisenhower had a heart attack, the White House said so. America can handle a President with a chronic medical condition under control.

There is something real going on. Trump.45 is hiding it. He asks Doctors to sign NDAs.
The 60 Minutes tape is evidence, not conclusive but probative that Trump has an active neurological condition. He needs expert medical diagnosis, treatment, and care by knowledgeable physicians.
America needs a Medical No Spin Zone.
Trump.45 is not Superman. He is not cured of Covid. He is a 74-year-old White Man in America with a lousy diet, who also happens to have access to the very best medical care anywhere (at no cost to him). He also has abnormal symptoms of incoordination and fine muscular control which are getting worse.
This is neurological in origin and in fact. It is not fixable by self-directed Mind Over Matter exhortations. No matter how powerful Trump judges his Brain Power and Reality Distortion Field to be.

*To be scrupulously fair, he does manage to make a two-handed to one-hand pass midway through the ascent during the second drinking adventure. Unlike the entire first episode which was dual handed the whole way. And, to be honest, that just reinforces the evidence of the medical abnormality demonstrated during the first sequence.
